Initial Weigh In!

I did my initial weigh in this morning and I am down to 235! I AM ECSTATIC ABOUT THAT!
The official start of the challenge is Monday, so today I am going to post some full body pics (eek!) and some measurements, that way at the end I can SEE the difference. I'm already down 15lbs, and I can't notice a difference, except that I FEEL AMAZING!

Last night, we went out to a Chinese buffet and I SPLURGED. :( So, no more doing that! *smacks hand*

Wii Active or Walk?

Monday was awesome, the weather was great! I got together with some friends and went for a 2 mile walk. WOOT WOOT!
Tuesday was rainy, which always puts me in a crap mood. No workouts yesterday. :( I should have got off my butt and did the Wii Active or something.
Today, I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do, I have some cleaning to get done, then maybe either Wii Active or another day at the park. :)

On a side note, My dh is sending me to California for Mother's Day! I am sooo freakin' excited!

I am new to blogging. So bear with me.
I am going to blog about my weight loss journey.
I couple of weeks ago, I had a shit ton of tests ran and it came back that I am pre-diabetic, vitamin D deficient, and I have Fibromyalgia.
All of these things can be controlled with diet and exercise. So here I go.
My starting weight was 250, and in one week, by just dieting and light exercise I lost 10 lbs. I am dreading hitting that plateau because that's when I lose motivation. Next Monday I start a 30 Day Fitness Challenge with my favorite online group of ladies. ( I am realllly freakin' excited for this. I am also counting calories on
Yesterday Rob and I walked 4.5 miles and I am FEELING IT today! But I burned 808 calories :D
