I am going to blog about my weight loss journey.
I couple of weeks ago, I had a shit ton of tests ran and it came back that I am pre-diabetic, vitamin D deficient, and I have Fibromyalgia.
All of these things can be controlled with diet and exercise. So here I go.
My starting weight was 250, and in one week, by just dieting and light exercise I lost 10 lbs. I am dreading hitting that plateau because that's when I lose motivation. Next Monday I start a 30 Day Fitness Challenge with my favorite online group of ladies. (www.cafemom.com/cutieswithclothbooties) I am realllly freakin' excited for this. I am also counting calories on myfitnesspal.com
Yesterday Rob and I walked 4.5 miles and I am FEELING IT today! But I burned 808 calories :D
